Sister City pacts now grant real benefits: tourists +15% while both mayors are active, and +10% bonus on gifts exchanged with your pact partner.
Weekly joint quests added — hit a combined tourist goal with your partner and the reward is deposited straight into each city's treasury.
City caretaking added. If your partner is away 24h+, collect taxes on their behalf — they keep 80%, you keep 20%, and they'll see the caretaking record in their offline report when they return.
Send resources and money directly from the Sister City panel (money needs no Trade Center; daily limits apply). Claim received gifts in the same panel.
Bond levels added. Quests, gifts, caretaking, and playing on the same day earn pact XP — higher levels boost tourism up to +20%, double gift limits, and extend caretaking to 6h. Tap the bond bar to see the Lv1–5 roadmap.
Added a revive button for dormant pacts and sister-city lines in re-engagement emails, and fixed missing translations in power view tooltips.
